Certior coinvestment takes top place in Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100
Plan.com, a coinvestment in Certior Credit Investments I (CCI I), has achieved first place in the prestigious Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100. The company is the UK’s fastest growing business communications provider, providing business mobile, mobile broadband and hosted voice throughout the country.
CCI I focuses on private credit coinvestments which provide debt financing for small and mid-sized companies in Europe, predominantly in senior secured loans in private equity backed companies. CCI I completed its first investments in June 2016 and is now approaching full investment. The fund has coinvested alongside leading European investors such as CVC Credit Partners, Cordet, Permira Credit, Capzanine and Beechbrook Capital. CCI I invested in Plan.com alongside lead investor Beechbrook Capital.
