Olli Heinilä joins Certior Capital as new senior investment hire

Certior Capital, the Helsinki-based private markets manager, has recently expanded its senior investment team with the hiring of Olli Heinilä as an Investment Director. Mr Heinilä brings with him 20 years of experience across European private equity and credit markets investing in primary funds, secondaries and coinvestments. He was previously an Investment Director at eQ Asset Management, where he successfully built long-standing relationships with more than 50 fund managers across Europe, having been hired by the firm as one of the original members of its private equity team. Before that he worked as an Investment Director and Partner at listed private equity investor Amanda Capital Plc as well as Mandatum Private Equity Funds and Sampo Group.

This latest hire follows the recruitment in November last year of Guy Waller to assist the company with its business development activities. Mr Waller was previously a Managing Director at Partners Group, the Swiss-headquartered private markets asset manager, in London where he focused on fundraising and business development.
